In Short:  Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication.

ProWerx disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, content, or availability of information found on third-party websites that link from or to any ProWerx Website.

We cannot ensure your satisfaction with any products or services available through any third-party site that links to or is linked from any ProWerx Website because independent entities own and operate these third-party sites. We do not endorse any of the products or services, nor have we taken any steps to confirm the accuracy or reliability of any information made available through any third-party sites. ProWerx shall have the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to block links to any ProWerx Website through technological or other means without prior notice.

In accordance with applicable law, we are not obligated to provide or delete consumer information that is de-identified in response to a consumer request or to re-identify individual data to verify a consumer request.

Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer's Privacy Rights. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.

Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. If the business collects any of the following:

  • precise geolocation

Verification Process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine whether you are the same person with whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with the information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

We will only use the personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for verification. However, suppose we cannot verify your identity from our maintained information. In that case, we may request that you provide additional information to verify your identity and for security or fraud prevention purposes. Return Policy

ProWerx follows Health Canada Guidelines for all return policy(s). Far Infrared Saunas and Lamps are FDA approved and designated personal health care items. We cannot accept a return on personal care items from the buyer.

Should a buyer insist on a return for a personal health care item? A restocking fee of 25 percent of the purchase price, plus the shipping cost, will be deducted from the return amount.
